Las Vegas Small Claims Court

Las Vegas Justice Court, Clark County.

Last checked November 1, 2026

Which court

Clark County has 11 justice courts, one per township, and a Las Vegas mailing address doesn't settle which one. File here only if the defendant lives, works or does business in Las Vegas Township, or the injury or contract performance was there. A judge in the wrong township has no authority over the case, and it may be dismissed.

It says to serve at least 14 days before the hearing and file proof at least 10 days before. The constable's fee varies by township and distance.
