SueYou doesn't charge anything, and no money moves. Demo checkouts are simulated, so there is nothing to refund.
If you were ever asked to pay
SueYou isn't taking payments. If anyone asks you to pay in the name of SueYou, don't pay, and tell us at hello@sueyou.app.
How fees are planned to work
Each lawyer would set their own prices and show them before you hire. Court fees would be separate. The refund policy for a live service will be written with counsel, because rules on legal fees differ by state.
