What is real, what is simulated, and what has not been reviewed
Draft. No lawyer has reviewed this page yet. It describes the SueYou preview, and it will be replaced before SueYou opens.
1. Preview only
SueYou isn't open to the public. It's a product of The Suing Company, LLC, shown here as a working demo of what is planned.
2. Not a law firm
SueYou is a technology platform, not a law firm. It doesn't give legal advice or legal representation, and using it doesn't create an attorney-client relationship.
3. Legal review and state availability
No lawyer has reviewed SueYou, and it hasn't been confirmed as allowed in any state, including Arizona. Legal rules differ in every state. We plan to open one state at a time, and only after counsel in that state has reviewed it.
The state question in the demo is a simulation. Choosing Arizona doesn't mean SueYou is available there.
4. The AI
The AI assistant isn't a lawyer. In this preview it follows a script. It gives general information, not legal advice, and it can make mistakes. Case files it organizes are your own statements, and nobody has verified them.
5. Fictional people and stories
Every lawyer, client, review and rating is fictional. Badges such as License checked show how the product is designed to work. No license has been checked.
The example stories are invented to show how SueYou is meant to work. They aren't real clients or real results, and they change as you visit. Every case is different, and no outcome is promised.
6. Photos
The photos of people are AI-generated. The people in them don't exist.
7. Prices
All prices are examples. In the planned product, each lawyer would set their own prices, and court fees would be separate.
8. How lawyers appear
The demo has no paid placement. Results follow the filters you choose. If advertising is ever added, it will be labeled, and earned status will stay separate from anything paid for.
9. Payments
No payment is taken and no money moves. Descriptions of trust accounts and payouts show the planned design. They don't describe a live service.
10. Need help now?
If you have a real legal problem, contact a licensed lawyer, your state bar association or legal aid. Don't wait on this demo, because legal deadlines can be short.
