Superior Court of California, County of Orange (Central Justice Center), Orange County.
Anaheim has no small claims courthouse of its own. Orange County files and hears all small claims at the Central Justice Center in Santa Ana. North Justice Center in Fullerton is listed only for a self-help kiosk, not as a small claims filing location. If you file where venue doesn't fit, a judge can dismiss the case unless all defendants attend and agree.
